In the past year, a total of 270 husbands accross the province of Denizli were ordered by the judges to stay away from home for three months under charges of maltreatment of their wives or children.
According to Adil Demir, the head of Denizli Bar Association, local courts have handed restraining orders to a total of 270 husbands during the last year.

The earthquake was the third to jolt the town of Buldan in Denizli province in eight hours.
