Densha Otoko - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Densha Otoko is a popular example of the "nice guy" class of Japanese geeks who wish to lead normal lives, but are too shy to find a girlfriend, or speak openly anywhere but online.
A few days later, Densha Otoko received a package from the woman: an expensive set of cups and saucers made by Hermès.
Though rival anime studio GONZO produced the Densha Otoko opening and is referenced several times in the series, the producers acknowledged Gainax's work by putting their name in the credits before that of GONZO.

Densha Otoko, meaning Train Man, started when a lonely otaku picked a fight with a drunk on a train to protect a beautiful woman, or at least that's what he told 2chan.
These include Jinkama, who seems to be Densha's worst nightmare as she, through a long series of workplace fraternizations, reduces competent men into burned cinders and leaves Densha to clean up the mess.
Like Densha himself, Densha Otoko is perfect as it is, even if it is slow and exagerrated it is a heart-warming romance that reaches from the geeks and otakings and straight across the aisle to the general audience, who don't know or care what the hell "MO-E" means.
