| | Vew-Do Balance Boards |
 | | Because the human body is inherently designed to be in a natural and sub-consciously balanced state, balance training has long been an ignored training protocol for many athletes. |
 | | The common theory being, "if it ain't broke, I don't need to fix it." But balance and agility can quickly dissolve as soon as an athlete begins to move through their sport-specific movements and outside forces, self-movement and the environment create instability. |
 | | Try balancing on a Vew-Do Balance Board while dribbling a basketball, catching a baseball, throwing a football, bouncing a soccer ball off your head, etc. As your skill progresses, challenge yourself even further using kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls or whatever is required to perform your chosen sport. |
