		The term "record album" originated from the fact that 78 RPM Phonograph disc records were kept together in a book resembling a photo album.
		Sometimes shorter albums are referred to as EPs, an abbreviation of extended play, "extended" meaning longer than a single.
		If an album becomes overly long, a recording artist may make the desision to release a double album where two discs are packaged together in a single case.

	RTE.ie Entertainment - More details emerge on Madonna album
		MTV News reports that the 12-track album is due out on 15 November, with the first single, 'Hung Up', reaching radio stations in October.
		The full tracklisting for the album has yet to be released but Madonna has revealed that another song on the album is called 'I Love New York'.

		The album, currently being mixed by producer Chris Badami (the Dillinger Escape Plan, the Early November, Postman Syndrome) at Portrait Recording Studios, will see a release June 13th through The Death Scene Recordings.
		Originally self-released in 2003, the album will be a 2-disc "DVD set," though nothing is mentioned of the DVD portions, while the second disc will comprise of 15 previously unreleased demos/B-sides recorded from 2002-2004.
		Kind of a weird for the sake of weird track listing, but I have confidence this'll be good, as they're one of the far more creative acts going for their sound.

	Scarlet's Walk - Tori's 2002 album for Epic Records
		Tori's new 2002 album for Epic Records, her first for the label, is called Scarlet's Walk (Epic 86412) and was released in North America on October 29, 2002, and in the U.K., most of Europe and Australia on October 28, 2002.
		Her album, Scarlet's Walk, falls to #50 in its third week on The Billboard 200 in the U.S., which is actually pretty good.
		Details are not known, but this DVD will be different from the DVD that comes with the limited edition of Scarlet's Walk and will feature the actual Scarlet's Walk video.
