  Reciprocal System of Theory
The framework, based on the work of Dewey B. Larson, an American engineer and author, was originally described in his book The Structure of the Physical Universe in 1959 and has more recently been published in three revised and enlarged volumes.
Larson further concludes from the first postulate that, since the postulated three-dimensionional motion is assumed to exist in discrete units, the dimensions of motion are therefore independent.
Larson claims that his theory accurately derives the elements in correct order without employing the nuclear concept of electrons orbiting an atomic nucleus, and predicts that the maximum number of elements in the periodic table is 117.

Dewey B. Larson - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dewey B. Larson (1898-1990) was an American engineer and the originator of the Reciprocal System of physical theory (or Reciprocal System for short), a comprehensive theoretical framework claimed to be capable of explaining all physical phenomena from subatomic particles to galactic clusters.
Whether Larson's work is metaphysics itself like Alexander's, science or pseudoscience, is debatable.
Larson also wrote on economic policy and theory.

Dewey B. Larson (1898 - 1990) was an American engineer and author, who was born in North Dakota and grew up in the Western United States.
Though Larson had a gift for math, the mathematical approach he was using in his own research project wasn't any more fruitful than what he found in the consultants' reports he was reviewing at work.
The task now, as Larson sees it, is to identify the motions that operate in nature to produce the forces of the phenomena that we observe, such as gravity, electromagnetism, atomic and molecular cohesion, etc. RST aims to reexamine the current conclusions of science in the light of this novel concept.

The RST and the work of Larson is essentially unknown or ignored in the mainstream physics community, since it is completely at odds with relativity, quantum mechanics and the Big Bang and many other modern theories.
RST is not necessary, however, to explain this outward motion--Einstein himself proposed the cosmological constant soon after his proposal of the theory of relativity, and other mainstream scientists are exploring theories of expansion that have nothing to do with RST directly.

Like his pals, Dewey Bunnell and Gerry Beckley, the duo that carries the America banner, Larson excels in creating lush, melodic sounds that are tailor made for radio and other forms of mass-consumption, an instantly accessible and agreeable approach that’s both assured and reassuring.
Larson’s melodies sparkle, rise, and fall, not a note wasted or a phrase out of place.

Larson's Zeroth Law: All physical phenomena descend from a trinity of space-time progression, the magnitudes of which proceed from the reciprocal properties of space and time, starting from the perfect zero of unity and extending towards the imperfect zero of infinity, in three dynamical degrees of freedom.
Larson has shown that the way to do it is obvious, simple and dramatically successful: recognize that the there is no such thing as space and there is no such thing as time apart from motion.

However, Dewey B. Larson with his "Reciprocal System of Theory (RST)" explained it very successfully in the books and papers on RST as part of the cyclic interchange of matter between sectors.
This is where Dewey Larson steps in with RST to show that one can describe the universe without mathematics initially and then look for the appropriate equations later.
Concomitantly, he seems to have derived theoretically the same metrisable physical universe as Dewey Larson has done in RST, albeit from a different perspective, founded in solid mathematics.

Dewey B. Larson was an American engineer and theoretician born in McCanna, North Dakota.
Updated and expanded in a series of volumes, Nothing But Motion (1979), Basic Properties of Matter (1988), and The Universe of Motion (1984), Larson presents an alternative paradigm of the universe where space and time are simply the two reciprocal aspects of the basic component of the universe—motion.
In other works, Larson enumerates the shortcomings of modern physical science, including critiques of relativity, quantum mechanics, and the nuclear theory of the atom.
