		Dicentra spectabilis and Dicentra spectabilis 'Alba' or Bleeding heart as it is commonly called is a perennial in the poppy family - Papaveraceae.
		Dicentra pronounced di-ken-tra comes from the greek words dis meaning two and kentron meaning spur, which refers to the flowers having 2 spurs.
