		Despite his refusal to cooperate to repeated invitations by investigators, joint operatives of the CIDG and Diffun police armed with an arrest warrant collared Fernando Dionisio at his residence Tuesday morning and brought him to the CIDG district headquarters to shed light on his alleged involvement in the crime.
		Dionisio, a former Diffun policeman, was pointed by a witness as the triggerman in the shooting of Geronimo Bautista, president of the Association of Barangay Captains in Quirino.
