	Big Dig - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		The Big Dig is the unofficial name of the Central Artery/Tunnel Project (CA/T), a massive undertaking to route the Central Artery (Interstate 93), the chief controlled-access highway through the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, into a tunnel under the city, replacing a previous elevated roadway.
		The final Big Dig plan, then, combined several projects—the depression and improvement of the Central Artery, the construction of a third Harbor tunnel (now known as the Ted Williams Tunnel), and massive interchange improvements to the Massachusetts Turnpike and several other major routes in the area.
		The project was conceived in the 1970s to replace the rusting elevated six-lane expressway (officially the John F. Fitzgerald Expressway) that separated downtown from the waterfront, and which was increasingly choked with bumper-to-bumper traffic.

	The Hole
		I don't remember what set me off on this venture at this time but when I was a kid we would dig lots of holes and tunnels and cover them with scrap wood and dirt and use them as hide outs and camps.

		It was very interesting to read on the internet and to hear from everyone that the Pyramidiots were saying that we were secretly digging inside the pyramid and that one of the inspectors had found a papyri that explained that the Great Pyramid was built by people who came from Atlantis.
