	Digg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Diggnation is a weekly podcast hosted by Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht.
		The Diggnation team collaborated with Dolby Laboratories to perform a short, one-time demonstration of a full 5.1 surround sound technology, dubbed Dolby Headphone, using ordinary headphones.
		Episode #23 of Diggnation was filmed in Japan, demonstrating the global circulation and influence that the vidcast is developing.

		This week’s DiggNation is the first podcast EVER to be recorded in full glorious Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound!
		I’m not entirely sure WHY they want to record in 5.1 surround, the DiggNation podcast doesn’t feature any music or anything and it’s essentially just two guys talking, so I suppose we’ll get to hear background noise in 5.1 surround.
		Aside from that, this week’s DiggNation features new RSS searching for Digg, the Zombie infection simulator, TechTV is NOT coming back, no matter that the peanut gallery there (and here at TechTVForever) say, that giant squid story that everyone remembers from last week, and much much more!

		Alex and Kevin’s tech knowledge insures that their commentary is a compliment to the stories they cover, but it’s their personalities that have made this podcast so addicting.
		No Diggnation devotee can forget the exhilaration of listening to these guys, using a sort-of male valley-girls speak, discuss such news items as the human flying squirrel.
		But Alex’s unbridled remarks may be the single best thing about Diggnation and one hates to even contemplate Alex reining himself in.

		In the end, it's a great site that doesn't give up readability for meaningful interactivity, and its traffic is skyrocketing.
		Meanwhile, I stumbled across Diggnation, a weekly video podcast (vodcast) that uses Digg's most popular stories for fodder.
		Both 20-something hosts are former TechTV guys, and the show is fast-moving and informative (plus, they drink beer as they go along.) Think of it as a Wayne's World for the new millennium.
