		The basic premise entails a group of babies and infants who can communicate easily amongst themselves but cannot figure out what these ludicrous adults are all about.
		The characters include Chuckie, Angelica, Tommy, the twins, Phil and Lil DeVille, Susie and the youngest of the group, Dylan (Or Dil Pickles).
		The characters lead very full lives for such young kids and we can’t help enjoying being witness to these brand new minds being slowly molded into grown- up and probably more cynical adult minds.
