NATO planes attacked civilian targets in the Pirot and Dimitrovgrad areas in the east of the Yugoslav republic of Serbia, close to the Bulgarian border, before dawn on Sunday.
In the attacks, between 1:23 and 1:45 a.m., several missiles were again fired on the eastern suburb of Pirot and the radio and television relay on the Crni Vrh peak of Mt Stara Planina.
On Saturday afternoon NATO planes fired a number of missiles on a railway bridge at the village of Ciflik near Bela Palanka in the east of the Yugoslav republic of Serbia.

DIMITROVGRAD, July 19 (Tanjug) - Serbian Minister of Information Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday in Dimitrovgrad, eastern Serbia, that the aggressors, who had bombed Yugoslavia for nearly three months, were now continuing their media war against this country.
The state media were among the principal targets of the aggressors, and a large part of the country was deprived of the Serbian radio and TV programs, while the aggressors broadcast their own programs on the same frequencies, Vucic said.
Guangming Ribao said that this all was happening despite the presence of the KFOR in the Province, carrying reports that ethnic Albanian terrorists posed a threat also to foreign vehicles carrying food and other relief aid needed by the population in the Province.

The statement, which sums up the results of the last week's visit by a Russian company delegation to Serbia, said that the delegation, led by the company's vice president, Alexander Medvedev, met Serbian President Boris Tadic, Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, and Deputy Premier Miroljub Labus.
