This was my first response to DOT-Region 10 Director Dorothy Jean Pabayo's invitation for me to come with her to Dinagat Island, Surigao del Norte last January 9-10, 2003.
Dinagat Island is an hour travel but with his yacht we arrived at Basilisa town in 45 minutes.
But there is more to see behind the rock islands and the blue waters of Dinagat Island and these are the white beaches, which are hidden by the view.
