A great episode that really brings Frasier and Niles down to Earth with some good lines, and also the start of the longest running storyline of 'Frasier' - Niles' infatuation with Daphne - the look on his face as he meets her for the first time is terrific.
The scenes at 'The Timber Mill' are equally as brilliant as they show Frasier and Niles a slice of their father's way of life, which coupled with some great writing makes for a terrific episode.
The most hilarious part was when Frasier and Niles decided to eat their meals, but struggled, and then we see them in the tag at the end still trying to clear their plates when everyone had gone home.
