Direct Worship of the Actual God - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Direct Worship of the Actual God is a religion founded in 1984 by the group's prophet, Shyam D. Buxani, and codified in the book Salam - Divine Revelations from the Actual God (ISBN 0-9723955-3-9).
Direct Worship is characterised by its comparative simplicity to other religions, though it consists of teachings on a broad range of subjects, from traditional topics of religion such as charitable acts and sacrifices to those not normally addressed by the dogma of other religions such as tax policy and government.
A fundamental point of Direct Worship is the importance of rationality and logical reasoning.

All praise and worship must be spiritual for, as the Saviour said, God is a Spirit; and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4.24).
Praise and worship must therefore always be a personal, intelligent, spiritual activity in which the mind, heart and will join together and submit to God in expressing praise, love, gratitude, and obedience.
At best, worship is reduced to a 'happy feeling' as people play their instruments to God, or simply enjoy listening to the music while thinking vaguely spiritual thoughts.

 Worship in Spirit
And if Christians worship God individually within the temple of their individual bodies, when they worship in assembly together with other Christians at what are called the "worship services," then the church of Christ worships God corporately.
Is "worship in spirit" as important as "worship in truth?" It seems to me that one really can't "worship in truth" without "worshiping in spirit." You see, all actions of "worship in truth," whatever they may be, have to be, essentially, actions directed by one of the Christian's spiritual entities, the soul.
I am convinced that as we worship "in spirit" in the "temple of the fleshly body," we are performing an analogy; we are again performing a "type" of which the antitype will be our worship in heaven, where we will be wholly spiritual beings, no longer hampered by the flesh.
