		Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is an excellent early album from the best meat and potatoes band of all time, AC/DC.
		It is sad, therefore, to point out that Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap didn't appear in the US until 1981 (six years after its original release in the band's native Australia), after lead singer Bon Scott had died and had been replaced by Brian Johnson.
		Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is not the band's best album, and many could make the argument that it wouldn't make the top three albums of the band's career.

		irty Deeds unwittingly became Bon Scott’s swan song when Atlantic Records released this for the first time in the US in 1981, changing track selection slightly in the bargain.
		We got a live version of “Rocker” (thanks for nothing) and Let There Be Rock’s “Problem Child,” which starts with the challenge to “Top this” and then proceeds to show you how impossible that is. Dirty Deeds is classic AC/DC, brilliant and banal at the same time.
		There’s a salacious genius at work on “Big Balls,” some self-mythologizing with the title track, and the mature statement of “Ain’t No Fun Waiting Round To Be A Millionaire,” any one of which is worth championing.
