  Truth Suppression
It is the job of a disinfo artist to at least make people think the links are weak or broken when, in truth, they are not.
It is the disinfo artist and those who may pull his strings who stand to suffer should the crime be solved, and therefore, who stand to benefit should it be the opposite outcome.
But disinfo types usually have trouble maintaining the "image" and are hot and cold with respect to emotions they pretend to have and the more calm or normal communications which are not emotional.

 Waking Up to Chemtrail Disinfo
Disinfo strategy Numero Uno: Cloud Cover to protect us from those evil sunrays, caused by us selfish, gas-guzzling citizens.
First, notice how most folks who use this disinfo strategy always condemn the consumer as being the bad guy—who uses way too much energy for our poor planet—then these agents point out that chemtrails are, in fact, doing us a favor by creating cloud cover to protect these same people from their own greed.
The problem with this ongoing disinfo strategy is that everybody knows free energy has been around since the 1920s and it is corporate America who keeps us dependent upon oil, not ourselves.

It's just a job, and they often seem unable to 'act their role in character' as well in a communications medium as they might be able in a real face-to-face conversation/confrontation.

Noam Chomsky is disinfo for sure, how else can one explain the refusal to discuss 9/11 government complicity.
Not disinfo, limited contextualization ability (yes, he is good at what he knows).
The hype surrounding F 9/11 was huge long before it ever came out, and frankly I think he easily could’ve dropped a lot more mind bombs in that film, included a lot more dissent, and all without the (we all admit) fake patriotism to boot.

Massive fl budget operations for decades have brought the very best in psychological warfare specialists to either assist the disinfo agents or to actually be disinfo agents.
We know from our MKULTRA colleagues that disinfo agents often set themselves up as "helpers", "counsellors" or book authors seemingly supporting the victims.
The method involved is also unknown but might be accounted for by technology (not likely since this has been going on for centuries) or focussed group human remote influence.

I've *always* been interested in weird stuff, but when I was working for Jerry Brown's presidential candidacy in 1991, I'd read news accounts that would say 500 people had turned up for one of his rallies and I'd have seen more like 5000!
We also have the Disinfo Nation series, my Infinity Factory webcast talkshow and various products like the Best of Moog CD (see http://wwww.bestofmoog.com)and our Disinfo.Con 2000 convention (see http://con2000.disinfo.com) which features Robert Anton Wilson, Grant Morrison, Marilyn Manson and Douglas Rushkoff.
This is a full fledged media company, run by myself and my business partner Gary Baddeley, and owned by Razorfish Studios, so it's a lot more work than just the website.

Given Louv’s emphasis on real-world projects and physical manifestations of magick, we’ll be no doubt hearing from him soon.

Is it really likely that the world's foremost intelligence agency with all the technology, funding and manpower has absolutely no idea whatsoever about 7/7?
It is not unknown for MI5 to put out disinfo in order to shift the public perspective and possibly use in conjunction with later events.
At the height of the furor over the Princess Diana murder, purported MI5 documents were released that indicated a cover up had been carried out and that implicated the British secret services.

Ayn Marx - I think the "disinfo" sources are weighted much more heavily towards business and corporate interests because people in these areas consider PR and advertising (known as "disinfo", sometimes, when they occur in an overtly political context) to be central to doing business.
- "disinfo" (in the political sphere) comes disproportionately from "conservative" interests.
