On the Disney Magic, during a private tour of the Bridge I was given confirmation from a crew member that there are a total 28 hidden Mickey's on the ship.
On the Disney Cruise Line ship, "The Magic" - If you stand on the top deck, at the front of the ship looking out over the crew's pool, at the very tip of the front by the anchor, there is one large circular hole with two smaller circular holes, in the shape of Mickey's head.
It may not be evident from the deck map, but on the ship you can see it, and the cruise line site has a 360 degree image that sort of confirms this.
