	DAN Divers Alert Network - Scuba Diving and Dive Safety Association
		Divers Alert Network (DAN) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit medical and research organization dedicated to the safety and health of recreational scuba divers and associated with Duke University Medical Center.
		Additionally, DAN operates a diving medical information hotline, conducts vital diving medical research, and develops and provides a number of first-aid and continuing education programs for everyone from beginning divers to medical professionals.
		DAN is supported by the largest association of recreational divers in the world through membership dues and donations.

		It is very important for that diver to foul the anchor to keep it from re-attaching to the wreck or the bow section, which is about 100 yards east of the stern section as we often drift east with the Gulfstream current.
		The advantages are that (1) it keeps divers from having to hang on during stronger currents and (2) we get off the wreck away from fishermen, their bait and chum.
		One of the things we do to assist divers during the decompression phase is to have at least one safety/support diver meet the divers at around 100 feet and stay with them throughout their decompression.

		The Oregon diver made it to shore on her own, and the two men were escorted back to shoreline by the Coast Guard craft.
