The officers of the Division shall be a President, a President-Elect, a Past-President, a Secretary-Treasurer, the Divisional Representatives to the Council of Representatives (as provided for in Article IV of the Bylaws of the American Psychological Association), and six Members-At-Large of the Executive Committee.
The Officers of the Division shall be elected, according to a preferential voting system, by the Fellows and Members of the Division by mail ballot, except as provided in Article III and except that the Secretary-Treasurer shall be elected by a majority vote of the Division Executive Committee.
The committees of the Division shall consist of such standing committees as may be provided by these Bylaws and such special committees as may be established by vote of the members or of the Division Executive Committee, in accordance with Article V, Section 7, of the Bylaws of the American Psychological Association.

Winnipeg -- Support workers in the Sunrise School Division (formerly Agassiz School Division) may be the first to test the implications of the province’s school amalgamations.
The 200 members of CUPE Local 1618 have voted to strike if contract negotiations cannot resolve major issues facing them due to the amalgamations.
"The trustees voted themselves an increase of over 200% in their annual honoraria, but they won't equalize wage differences forced on us by amalgamation," said Jackie Hampshire, President of the CUPE Local.

The NCAA Division III Presidents Council will sponsor a proposal at the 2004 NCAA Convention in January to require institutions to compare financial aid packaging for freshmen and transfer student-athletes with the financial aid packages awarded to other freshmen and transfer students.
The Presidents Council considers this proposal to be a significant part of its 2004 legislative reform agenda regarding the future of Division III.
