Blair draft a letter to be sent to the Lake County Planning Commission and the Lake County Commissioners reiterating the Township concerns with the Kimball Estates II Sub-Division to be signed by the Trustees.
Blair advised the Board that he has received a letter from the Lake County Commissioners that they have received a request from the developer and passed a Resolution releasing the final bond for Moore’s Landing Sub-Division, which means the county no longer holds any money in reserve for problems for the sub-division.
Blair stated the sub-division was initiated in 1994, construction began in 1998 and in 2002 the streets and roads have not been accepted by the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Township Trustees, so the sub-division has not been turned over to the Township for permanent maintenance.
