The Division of Denison, Tasmania is one of the 5 electorates in the Tasmanian House of Assembly or lower house.
The division is located on the western side of the Derwent River with in the Greater Hobart area and includes City of Hobart, City of Glenorchy and the suburban areas of Moonah, Battery Point, Sandy Bay and Taroona.
Covering an area of 221 km² it is the smallest of the five electoral divisions.

Denison Hydraulics Inc., originally known as The Cook Motor Co., was founded in 1900 in Delaware, Ohio, as a manufacturer of heavy duty industrial gasoline engines.
