Creation: From Anthropomorphic Theology to Theomorphic Anthropology (No. B5)
It will be shown that existence of spiritual entities and the capacity for evil are logically necessary to a perfect harmonious universe with absolute capacity, and that the existence of Angels, Demons and Evil is not only compatible with the omniscience and omnipotence of God, but is in fact logically necessary to absolute spiritual capacity.
We will examine and reject Cartesianism and from an examination of the nephesh, or spirit of man, show how it is logically necessary for all spirit or beings to exist as entities within the structure of God as parts of God: or be destroyed.
The division of the spirit into a duality and thence a trinity where the spirit then stands aside from the primary substance and then the secondary replication which it produced is incoherent.

Talmon: The Origins of Totalitarian Democracy   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-13)
If, as will be argued in this essay, empiricism is the ally of freedom, and the doctrinaire spirit is the friend of totalitarianism, the idea of man as an abstraction, independent of the historic groups to which he belongs, is likely to become a powerful vehicle of totalitarianism.
Rousseau's " general will ", an ambiguous concept, sometimes concocted as valid a priori, sometimes as immanent in the will of man, exclusive and implying unanimity, became the driving force of totalitarian democracy, and the source of all its contradictions and antinomies.
The proviso that the general will could not require or exact a greater surrender than is inherent in the relationship between it and the subject does not alter the case, since it is left to the sovereign to decide what must be surrendered and what must not.

Electoral Backgrounder 2: Parliamentary Report on Section 44 of the Constitution
The Committee also concluded that the AEC should have no role in giving legal advice to candidates, and no role in going behind a candidate’s declaration that he or she is eligible to stand for election.
In the case of Mr Cleary in 1992, the people of the Division of Wills remained unrepresented until the federal election the next year, and in the case of Ms Kelly in 1996, a by-election for the Division of Lindsay was held, at which she was re-elected.
However, there is little doubt that the AEC can and will respond positively to the recommendations of the Committee at the administrative level, in reworking and improving the information on section 44 of the Constitution that is provided to candidates for election to the federal Parliament.
