		Sol became a Gear 150-ish years prior, well, maybe after he became a gear, he got with a then uman Justice, and she had a kid.
		This would also explain why Testament would try to revive Justice (although to be fair, he could still be under her control during the events of Guilty Gear, thus why he suddenly becomes a repentant character in the X games).
		He would be able to see that Dizzy isn't like her mother, and would spare her life instead of destroying her.
