The King County docket was established in 1998 in accordance with K.C.C. 20.18.140 to provide an opportunity for citizens of the County to register comments on the King County Comprehensive Plan (KCCP) and associated development regulations.
Docket forms are available on the King County Web site, at several County department offices, and at all County-sponsored public meetings where land use and development issues are being discussed.
The docket is open continuously, and each September 30, the items registered in the previous twelve months are compiled into the docket report for release on December 1 to the King County Council.

Database name: DOCKET- Civil Court Cases Date of last update (on RTK NET): 12/13/1996 Update cycle (how often a new set of data is made): quarterly EPA's Civil Docket database (DOCKET) contains records about all civil cases filed by the Department of Justice on behalf of EPA.
This is because not all EPA regions report their administrative actions to DOCKET -- EPA did not want the public thinking that DOCKET was a complete record of administrative actions, so it choose to delete them from its public DOCKET version.
For example, two nearby facilities in DOCKET that are located in the same city may have their city names spelled ST.

A prominent news media group is reporting that about 18 percent of the federal criminal docket in the District of Columbia is shielded from the public through a dual or "secret" docketing system.
She says she still found that nearly 20 percent of the criminal docket is not just under seal, but that those cases have been removed from the public record.
The reporters committee discovered the cases missing from the D.C. docket by searching the entire court database and identifying gaps where the sequential case numbers are missing.
