Kung Fu Chaos is more a flat-out SNL skit, occasionally in bad taste but with at least a few truly big laughs.
This 'moviemaking gone mad' element truly makes Kung Fu Chaos shine and alone will have you replaying the levels just to catch all the little sight gags you may have missed the first times through: and you'll still be finding them on the third and fourth passes through.
Personally, I'm not anywhere near as offended by anything in Kung Fu Chaos as I was by some of the language used to cover DOA X in the mainstream gaming press, but I digress.

The book mentioned 'Dog Boxers' and from the descriptions, it was very much a grappling style.
I distinctly remember one of the other Kung fu guys said the best way to fight a 'dog boxer' was to throw rocks at him.
Does anyone have the video clip of 2 dogs playing with subtitles saying things like sweep guard pass etc. I think originally it was on Roy Harris's site.

The actual original Kung Fu series never truly jumped the shark (although a few episodes skipped pretty close at times).

The origins of Duck, Dog, Scorpion Kung Fu Hello, last month i was reading an Australian edition of Traditional Kung Fu, i got up to "Shaolin Animal Origin" and it was listing the animal styles.
At the very bottom, it listed "Leopard, Snake, and even Dog, Scorpion and Duck, the list goes on." Can anyone tell me where this came from please.

Trained in several arts, although mostly known as a Kung Fu stylist -- she is a five-time World Karate champion in forms and weapons.
She gets a little help from the kindly old Kung Fu master and all the other clichés -- the script is a mixed-up hash without much to recommend it, and Worth's attempt at artsy filmmaking just falls on its face and the viewers end up tripping over it.
And about fifteen minutes in, you mutter to yourself, "Boy, this is gonna suck." She beats up the bad guys, but then spends a lot of time on a lost subplot about smarmy lawyers, and then the script tries to go all steamy on us by having her get boinked by her New-Agey boyfriend.
