Former Tar Heel star Donald Williams ('95), 28, is no longer without a pro basketball affiliation.
Williams, a 6-4 shooting guard, played the 2000-01 season in relative obscurity for the Richmond Rhythm of the now-defunct International Basketball League, appearing in 30 games and averaging 10.6 ppg.
Since Sunday, Oct. 7, Williams has been part of the Harlem Globetrotters 15-day training camp in Prescott, Arizona, according to a recent announcement by team owner Mannie Jackson.
