		After having built the DoodleBug, I still haven't actually built a geodetic wing because this wing simply has diagonal ribs and is not geodetic construction.
		Since Flying Models was apparently tired of Doodlebugs, I gave the text and photos of the last 4 versions to STUNT NEWS, and the article and scaling procedure was published in the March/April 2005 issue, on Page 50.

		The Aristo Doodlebug is a model of a gasoline, distillate or diesel self powered railbus that was common in the early part of the 20th century.
		Doodlebugs were built for the same reason as the older gas railbuses, to provide passenger service on lightly traveled lines.
		The Doodlebug is likely to run light most of the time and it has only one motor, so that this "5 amp" decoder would only have to contend with a 0.5 amp load and it might be able to handle that.

		Interesting that spell check did not have a problem with “doodlebug” as I thought perhaps “doodlebug” was another one of those words I have come to find out my family seemed to have invented or only used.
		Anyway, the old doodlebug hung around the house for months before it finally was driven to some land we had nearby and was then used for years and years as a tractor to pull various farm implements my Dad acquired one way or the other.
		Anyway, I have my doodlebug now and although I am not sure my Dad would think too much of it as it is rather small compared to the one he had, it will have to do.
