Double Dragon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Double Dragon Advance was a remake of the original arcade version of Double Dragon which featured new stages, techniques, weapons and enemy characters (most of them derived from the subsequent) in addition to those found in the original game.
Double Dragon V was critically panned by both critics and Double Dragon fans for its poor presentation, cartoon-based graphics (in contrast to the more realistic look and tone of the actual games in the series) and completely derivative gameplay.
Double Dragon V was released for the SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis and Atari Jaguar platforms, with each version generally recognized as becoming progressively worse.

Double Dragon EX marks the return of the beloved beat-'em-up franchise to mobile phones.
Double Dragon EX adopts a somewhat different tack by mixing levels, enemies, bosses, and fighting techniques from several of the series' games (the main sources seem to be the Double Dragon arcade game, Double Dragon 2 for the NES, and Super Double Dragon for the SNES).
Nevertheless, Double Dragon EX is still a lot of fun to play, thanks in part to the effort the developer put in transferring the arcade game's graphics and sound to mobile.
