  Olive Leaf Extract
From research and clinical experience to date, we can say that supplemental olive leaf extract may be beneficial in the treatment for conditions caused by, or associated with, a virus, retrovirus, bacterium, or protozoan.
One of my patients is an 18-year-old professional ice-skater who says that one or two olive leaf extract tablets a day helps her sustain the high energy level she needs for practice and performance.
The ability of olive leaf extract to destroy bacteria was demonstrated dramatically in the case of a 64-year-old physician who had been bedridden for several years following a serious stroke.

The double "willow leaf" indication on the polar plot shows the dogleg effect as the exciter enters the anomaly and the signature points to the current double thickness at that point.
At this point the double wall thickness measurement points the signature at the combined thickness of the current detector average and the deepest part of the anomaly being entered by the exciter.
Short anomalies produce a double peak on the records as first the detector rides under the anomaly and then the exciter rides under the anomaly both measuring the same anomaly wall thickness.

Double Leaf Society - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Double Leaf Society was a Japanese secret radical military grouping, organized in the 1920s by officers with remaining samurai links, with the goal of radical changes in the armed forces.
As with other secret societies of the time, those involved held fanatical beliefs: ultranationalism, and the need for a purge of the 'corrupt' Choshu elements of the Imperial Japanese Army.
The grouping later split into two factions, the Kodaha (Imperial Benevolent Rule or Action Group) led by Colonel (later General) Sadao Araki, and the Tosei-Ha (Control Group) led by General Kazushige Ugaki.

In August 1998, the Society forged with the City of Danville an innovative agreement to lease a cl907 mill worker’s home which stands on the western edge of Ballou Park.
Hundreds of houses like the one at 197 Park Circle were erected in Schoolfield, not just to shelter the workforce at the mill’s Dan River (Schoolfield) division, but also to lure new employees, attracted from farms and mountains, to Schoolfield by the promise of steady employment and the relative comfort of a well-built home.
The Danville Historical Society believes too that the community spirit of generations of Schoolfield residents will play an important role in telling the story of the mill’s legacy in our city.

The American Society for Testing Materials has developed the Standard Transmission Classification System (STC), which enables comparisons of various types of acoustical structures according to their transmission loss properties.
This gives rise to the effect known as the “mass law” in acoustics, which states that for each doubling of the surface weight of the wall, there will be about 5 or 6 dBA less transmitted sound.
The mass law also states that for each doubling of the frequency (Hz) there will be about 5 or 6 dBA less transmitted sound.
