		It is in some ways the most exacting of the ordinary double squeezes, since the winners must be cashed in a specific order.
		Clyde Love called this the RFL squeeze, but I think a better mnemonic is UFO; the correct order is to cash the winners in the single threat guarded under the double threat, then the winners in the free suit, and finally the winners in the single threat guarded over the double threat.
