Doug Vogt researched the vortex field-effect on 'time dimension, and he built a portable hi-frequency generator to measure the time changes there.
It's been found by the scientist Doug Vogt, that the vortex changes frequency when some people enter the circle of influence, that's about 160 ft diameter.
The common visual vortex distortion of larger and smaller people switching places is in the north-south axis, that's easy to see: the broom stands up, the ball rolls uphill it looks like people shink and grow walking about 4-6 ft.

ABC World News Tonight co-anchor Bob Woodruff and his cameraman, Doug Vogt, have been seriously wounded by an IED (bomb) near Baghdad.
A quick footnote about the Woodruff/Vogt incident...ironically, Bob Woodruff and his family were close friends with NBC's David Bloom, who died of a blood clot while on assignment in Iraq in 2003.
I don't know what was in the water at the United Center Wednesday night...but the Bulls/Knicks game was one of the strangest I've seen in a long time.
