As of 2005, the band consists of Payne, Healy, Andy Dunlop and Neil Primrose.
Payne is a supporter of Rangers F.C. He is married to actress Kelly MacDonald.

Bass player Dougie tends to be less flamboyant, but last night (and perhaps it was inspired by his excellent glockenspiel performance in "Something Else"), he really found his groove and thrilled the audience with some latino-esque ass wiggling.
Travis' exhilarating and suitably lengthy encore included a great new track, "No Nothing", featuring Dougie on lead vocal and a jaunty counterpoint guitar melody which was somehow vaguely reminiscent of "La Bamba".
