The Honourable Douglas Cockburn Frith, PC (born March 5, 1945 in Brampton, Ontario) is a former Canadian politician.
Before entering politics, Frith was a pharmacist in Sudbury.
Since 1996, Frith has been president of the Canadian Motion Picture Distributors Association, which is affiliated with the Motion Picture Association of America, and represents the interests of the American film industry in Canada.

Along with male lead vocalist David WIiffen, (a Brit) who had come to Canada with his family living in Toronto.
He ended up in Ottawa playing in a Folk Rock band called The Children, with Bruce Cockburn, William Hawkins, Sandy Crawley, and myself.
