		In "What will be was not," there were a couple of scenes where Harper seems to be doting on Andromeda: first by trying to reassure the starship that Beka didn't mean something she said, and then by wanting her to "be included" in their search for Dylan and Doyle.
		Andromeda’s hologram appeared next to Harper, evidently pleased even if she wasn’t smiling as broadly.
		And part of his constantly doting on the ship meant that the Andromeda was apt to sometimes take him for granted, if it was possible for a machine to do such a thing.

		I really desperately hope it's not (1), (2) would be cool, and (3) would be okay except I'm still hoping that one of the fics I wrote will turn out to be prophetic and Doyle will admit that she doesn't WANT to be the Andromeda avatar, she just wants to be Doyle.
		The fight could just be a big misunderstanding--like, Rommie thinks Doyle's betraying the crew or something, but she's really not, and I really haven't worked at this theory at all so I can't tell you much more than that.
		Doyle is either starting to have problems or she just really does not like Harper.
