		Drag kings are usually thought of quite simplistically as women "dressed up" as men, but in fact the term encompasses anyone who performs masculinity, regardless of their gender or sexuality.
		A drag king is sometimes described as, "like a drag queen, but in reverse." Yet this explanation falls vastly short of capturing what masculine gender performances are really like, and how different they are from feminine gender performances.
		Even when not explicitly political, each performance makes its own small statement of what masculinity is. Because masculinity, unlike femininity, is privileged in our society, the act of performing as a drag king is one of taking back power.

		The analysis is based on observations of drag performances; content analysis of the lyrics of drag songs; intensive interviews with drag queens at the 801 Cabaret in Key West, Florida; focus groups with audience members who attended the shows at the 801 Cabaret; and interviews with drag queen informants in Columbus, Ohio.
		I demonstrate how drag performers use music to construct new alliances and understandings of gender and sexuality among gay and heterosexual members of the audience.
		Drag shows thus constitute oppositional cultures, or free spaces, where participants enact behaviors that are suppressed in the dominant culture and build politicized views of gender and sexuality.

	GTRI \| ATAS Laboratory \| Improving Truck Performance with Pneumatics
		Not really -- but by reducing aerodynamic drag through circulation control aerodynamic principles developed for jet aircraft, tractor-trailers and other boxy trucks on the nation's highways may be able to reduce their fuel consumption by 12 percent, saving an estimated 1.2 billion gallons of fuel a year.
		From initial experimental results using a scale model of a heavy truck in GTRI's model test facility wind tunnel, researchers believe truck drag can be reduced by at least 35 percent, and possibly 50 percent -- all without any moving surfaces or parts.
		Researchers are also working on developing an aerodynamic radiator for trucks, and investigating relocating the radiator away from the front-end to reduce significant drag.

		Examples of the drag characteristics of particular aircraft are also given in the Addenda to illustrate the methods of representation discussed.
		Each Addendum gives the relationship between lift and drag coefficients for a particular aircraft and in most cases curves are included to show the variation of drag with speed or Mach number at a typical weight and altitude.

		I have only used BFG Drag Radials on my Mustang, but at one point considered using Nitto DRs.
		A pretty good description would be the BFG's are a decent drag tire and an ok street tire and the Nittos are a decent street tire and an ok drag tire.
		I really dont think either of the two make a good drag tire on a car that makes any real power.
