		I agree with many of Ian's Draka 2 changes, but significantly disagree with him from 1940 on: the "might makes right" philosophy is already accepted in the Domination, but alliance with Japan would be difficult to justify ("We'll conquer over 3500 kilometers of Persia, British Afghanistan, and Russia and meet you in central China.").
