Dralls are all "owned" by the Sultan, but they may work for nearly anyone (one who hires a Drall pays the Sultan for the privilege).
For this reason it is common practice for Dralls to shave their heads and body hair, both males and females (although the Armies of the West, who man the ships defending Cinnabar's coastline, typically leave a long ponytail at the back of the scalp).

Being the stubborn person that I am, I abort the other two REBEL missions in my datapad run back to Biahin tell her i don't want the mission then try all over again.
The funny thing is, I could swear I have seen the "flowers of drall" datadisc.
I think I got it from doing a rebel NPC delivery mission (from one of those rebel NPCs that spawn randomly around Talus).
