  ETRUSCAN, A DRAVIDIAN TONGUE?
Dravida, even today one of India’s main tongues, is also closely related to the Austronesian languages, spoken all over the South Seas, from Madagascar in the West to Easter Island in the East.
The only rule that is essentially never violated in both Dravida and Etruscan is that the basic root is placed at the start of the word, and all modifications are added at the end, as suffixes, in the order of their importance.
In Dravida the situation is different, and k is always guttural, whereas the sound of c is always sybillant, pronounced as in English "chair" or as in Italian "dolce".

Dravidas were definitely not the Vedic Aryans and they are, therefore, called Anaryas.

vichaarah: Hindu cult leaders chumming with Hinduism-abusing Dravidas
For example, one secular-rational theory is that the Dravida chief abused Lord Ram because Ram is being used to stall an administrative issue (sea canal work).
That could be countered with the approach Dravida chief's government took in banning the movie Da-Vinci code.
Modern rationals trying to find a reason to justify this Dravida's latest Hinduism-abuses should also know that while this Dravida chief calls Hinduism barbaric and finds an issue with another Dravida politician greeting people on Vinayaka Chathurthi, he attends Islamic Iftar parties without fail.

Like the Kambojas, Sakas, Yavanas, Daradas, Khashas etc, the Dravidas were recorded as Kshatriyas who no longer were initiated into the sacred thread due to their neglect of the Brahmanas as well as due to their non-observance of the sacred Brahmanical codes.
Some believe that many of the non-Vedic Kshatriyas may have once been Vedic Kshatriyas who had established kingdoms outside of India and eventually returned back to India to reclaim their Kshatriya status.

The Aryans recognized the fundamental divisions of a settled agricultural society, a warrior aristocracy (Kshatriyas), priests (Brahmins) and the ordinary peasant (Vaishyas).
In the early Aryan times, movement between these divisions was possible and the only barrier seems to have been that between Dravidas and Aryans, one of the words used to refer to the aboriginal of India.
To the occupational categories was soon added a fourth category for Dravidas - the Shudra, or unclean, who might not study or hear the Vedic hymns.

Two points about this list are worth noting: first, their fall from the Aryan fold had nothing to do with race, birth or nationality; it was due entirely to their failure to follow certain sacred rites.
Kambojas are from West Punjab, Yavanas from Afghanistan and beyond (not necessarily the Greeks) while Dravidas refers probably to people from the southwest of India and the South.
Thus, the modern notion of an Aryan-Dravidian racial divide is contradicted by ancient records.
