		Drawl was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York.
		Drawl, of Alexandria, was killed August 19, 2006, in Kunar, Afghanistan, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle.
		Drawl was deployed to Afghanistan in March 2005.
