Drew Caldwell (born April 10, 1960 in Brandon, Manitoba) is a politician in Manitoba, Canada.
Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandon University and a Bachelor of Education degree from Queen's University in Kingston, and also engaged in graduate studies in history at McGill University.
Caldwell was re-elected in the Manitoba election of 2003, defeating Progressive Conservative Greg Dinsdale by 3870 votes to 2036.

On Nov. 8, 2001, Caldwell outlined a plan that reduced the number of school divisions in the province by one-third through the merger of various divisions and the creation of new division boundaries throughout Manitoba including the reduction of the number of Winnipeg divisions from nine to six.
Caldwell said, that by allowing for the establishment of interim boards and clarifying the division of assets of amalgamating school divisions, Bill 14 also provides greater predictability and stability during the transitional period for school divisions that are amalgamating.
Caldwell noted that, in recent years, changing populations and enrolment in rural Manitoba have resulted in a number of school divisions having declining enrolments.
