		Whenever a game is stopped due to someone fucking up, unless the rules of the game specifically say, the person to the left of the person who is consuming must immediately restart the game.
		If at the start of the game it is voted that this rule be enforced it is fairly simple, do not address people by their first name.
		These rules are taken from the annals of Engineering past and will be given the respect they deserve.
