 I missed a Voyager episode
Actually, I missed a couple of Voyager episodes and some new characters were introduced.
It seems to be a good episode and now I wish I had seen it.
The video release is years ahead of the free to air episodes.  I have a mate who has collected every Star Trek video ever (I know!.....it's an amazing site - a wall of Trek!) and we watched the final season of Voyager quite a while back.

The teleplay for this episode was by Bryan Fuller and Brannon Braga & Joe Menosky.
And she also get quote of the review with her response as to whether she wanted to rejoin the Borg Collective: "Voyager is my Collective." With ratings like she gives them, I'll wager she's aboard for a looooooong time.
This was an interesting episode that explored the viewer's concepts and judgements of the Borg more than any other previous TNG or Voyager episode.
