		The current electoral district of Grand Falls Region is located in both the counties of Madawaska and Victoria.
		The electoral quotient (729, 498 divided by 55) is therefore 13,263.
		In more simple terms, no electoral district may have more than a 2001 Census population of 14,589 and only in "extraordinary circumstances" may the population of an electoral district be less than 11,937.
