I don't have the energy to edit this, but to say that the Druuge have absolutely no conception of love or honor or loyalty is going a bit far -- they do seem to have such concepts in their culture, just distorted by their general distrust of altruism.
There is a great deal of stuff in the game about the Druuge's early history and the details of their culture that could go here.
Druuge themselves said that they acknowledge their greed and retchedness and revel in it.

The Druuge theme from SC2 was one of my favorites, and you did a great job of recapturing it.
I'm not looking for fl metal here, but to me, the Druuge theme was always a very cold, dark, and bleak song to represent the emotional and social relationships that the Druuge had with each other and other races.

Chief among these ships is the Druuge Mauler, of which I have convienently chosen two for my fleet - the same number as Vortex's Chmmr.
Nonetheless, the inertia from the asteroid and gravity, plus the extra time it took to throw a crewman into the furnace and fire at the Chmmr cost me. I lost ten crewman to the laser (plus one to the furnace), taking me down to seven.
With my Druuge at only six crew, the obvious choice to finish it off without taking damage from the big gun is the Earthling Cruiser.

Rosy Sphere ----------- The Druuge have this item on their trade planet.
The price for the Rosy Sphere is 100 crew members, so be sure to have more than that on hand in the other ships you carry.
They should be relatively easily to kill if you have the Hellbore cannons and the ATS systems.

The Druuge deal in people, both as slaves and as fuel.
When they need a boost, they just toss an expendable into the ship's reactor.
I think I can say it with authority, that this fits the Druuge better than any old-school remix.

I had start of the remix made earlier, but the song really got it's form just in a couple of hours just before deadline.
I'd say this song would fit well into Doom-category too, but this is a remix of the Druuge theme in Star Control 2.

If you're worried about the Druuge becoming superships, 360 degree turning would be compensated easily by slower turning radiuses.
Maybe it could be rebalanced to make a full range of motion fun, but after playing Timewarp, I think I like just having a limited range of firing angles.
It makes battles like arilou vs the big ships MUCH funner (you can dodge between firing angles), and it makes using sharpshooters like the druuge take a lot more skill.
