		Duboce Triangle is at once the rockingest AND the rollingest band ever formed by longtime cohorts Dame and Mo. They met with high hopes and dumb hair at Wesleyan University in bleak, desolate Middletown, CT, in 1992.
		Duboce Triangle accidnetally named themselves after where they were at the time.
		EDIT: DT is currently on hold, due to burgeoning rap fame for one member and the desire to live in a hole and write on the part of the other.

		According to the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association, the neighborhood is bounded by Market, Castro and Waller Street and therefore includes Duboce Park and some blocks to its north.
		Sheltered from the fog by Buena Vista and Twin Peaks to the West and Alamo Square to the North, the area is one of the sunnier districts in San Francisco.

		At Duboce Park, neighbors either know each other by their dogs' names or by their kids' names.
		A vocal contingent of dog owners wants to maintain the status quo, which is a small fenced area for kids and the rest of the park open for dogs, with almost all romping on the grass unleashed despite posted leash-law signs.
		Despite the complaints from parents, however, the consensus among dog owners is that the vast majority are responsible, clean up after their pets and keep them away from kids.

		We were more than a little bothered last year when the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association sent out an inflammatory newsletter that portrayed the plan as though it had suddenly been sprung upon them and contained many factual inaccuracies that were used as negatives of the plan.
		We here are glad the DPT has been working on improving the bike lanes through the wiggle (a zig-zag path through the Duboce Triangle every cyclist probably knows), but we're bother how most all cyclists ride though it, running the stops signs without any regard for cars or even pedestrians.
		The Friends of Duboce Park web site is pretty good, though it uses frames, which doesn't lets us link to the pages directly or search engines to easily find it.

		Richards, who lives near Duboce Park and is the president of the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association, is one of several residents who would like to see an old Muni tunnel that runs by Duboce Park declared a historic landmark.
