Whatever else you do, DO NOT miss Dubrovnik, Hvar is lovely but nothing can compare to Dubrovnik, I have not been to Lopud so can't comment.
Go to Dubrovnik and relax - stay at a hotel south of the OId Town with a view (I'm partial to the Excelsior but it's pricey however the terrace was worth it).
You could be in Dubrovnik on day 3 by lunchtime and leave after lunch on day 6.

Dubrovnik Airline is initiated by some former Air Adraitic staff, who were unsatisfied with the situation in their company.
I also hear that a letter that was sent to all Air Adriatic's partners, capt. Zeno Senger (general manager of Dubrovnik Airline) had mentioned the bad financial situation in Air Adriatic, and that is very likely that Air Adriatic will stop flying before the next summer season.
So I hope Dubrovnik Airlines will be succesfull and I'm looking forward to spot that plane in DBV.
