The lives and times in Duckburg - Chapter I
Duckburg's known history starts on June 17th 1579 when Sir Francis Drake and his crew arrived on the western coast of America on board his flagship "The Golden Hind", and went ashore in a land they called Nova Albion (later known as Calisota).
There Sir Francis Drake took possession of the land in the name of queen Elisabeth I. The construction of the very first known building in the area, Fort Drake Borough, on top of Kill Mule Hill seems to have started immediately after the landing.
When Sir Francis Drake left the settlement he left a brass plaque to prove his claim on the area (it is the inscription of this plaque that tells the date of the landing) and left his first mate Malcolm McDuck in command on the fort.

 UCC 1 In Duckburg
One of the biggest problems that we seem to be having right now is that people are being told that by merely filing a UCC-1, they can reclaim their lost/compromised Sovereignty and be free of government controls.
Let's say that a UCC-1 is filed on January 1, 2000 for $50,000.00, and the agreement is that you will pay off a Ford Fiesta in four years with payments of $1,111.11 per month.
You are so busy learning how to do a swan-dive into a money bin that you forget to cancel the UCC-1, and then, when you get ready to upgrade the Ford Fiesta and buy a Hummer, you find out that you can't sell the Fiesta because of the UCC-1.

Mickeyville means Mouseton, Donaldville is Duckburg (in the Duck Tales TV series, it was called Canarville), and Zoiville/Zoieville is the French for Goosetown.

The origin of Super Donald is as follows: Donald inherits, by a mistake, a big house that once belonged to the famous gentleman-burglar Fantomius and finds the burglar's diary and all his secret tools.
Later writers began moving Donald away from doning the costume to cause mischief to using the costume and gadgets to fight criminals on the streets of Duckburg.
Ocassionally Donald, in his costumed identity, is assisted by a little alien from another dimension simply called Little Gum, especially when battling such criminals as the Beagle Boys.
