Nanum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nanum or Nanium was a king of the Akkadian Empire who ascended the throne in 2257 B.C. After the death of the previous ruler of Akkad, Shar-kali-sharri, he jockeyed for power with three other rival kings: Igigi, Imi, and Elulu.
The four kings ruled as a tetrad for an estimated three years, creating a great deal of confusion over which of them held legitimate power.
His reign, and those of his rivals, ended when Dudu seized control of Akkad.

The man who to become King Shaka of the Zulu was born in the late 18th century to Nandi (Dudu Mkhize), the daughter of a chieftain and the chieftain of the Zulu clan, Senzagakon (Conrad Magwaza).
Dudu Mikhize and Conrad Magwaza are both excellent in their portrayal of Shaka's parents; Magwaza shines in the flashback sequences to a simpler time among the tribes, and his courtship sequences with Nandi are lovely, even though the politics of their tribes cause serious problems later when she is pregnant.
A short textual history essay is somewhat superflous it would seem, as it captures only the barest of details of the history of Shaka.
