I think he will find Calder to be very strong competition.
Both candidates are tainted by association with scandalous governments so Tilson will not be able to exploit the "hate on" the electorate has for the Liberals right now (Mar 2004).
As much as I want to predict a CPC victory, its a close race and I'll give the edge to the incumbent.
