The aim of the project is to increase 'accessibility for all' to the rich wildlife habitats of Durlston, and to encourage visitors to take time to observe wildlife - both on land and at sea.
The site chosen for the wildlife area is already a good spot for bird watching and it is hoped a pond, stone and log piles, bird feeders and minimising disturbance will enhance an excellent area for observation, which will be accessible for all including wheelchair users.
